✔ All dogs visiting our facility must have a valid vaccination in place on the date of your selected appointment(s).

✔ Dogs must be up to date with vaccinations or titre tested, and regularly treated for flea, tick and worm prevention

Regular spot checks are carried out on site for valid vaccination certificates, so please ensure you have a printed copy or access to a digital copy of your dog(s) vaccination certificate during the time of your visit

✔ DO ensure your safety and security is our utmost priority, with our 2 meter high fencing and fixed netting around the bottom, and padlock to the main gate/entrance

✔ Every reasonable effort is made to secure our facility and it is regularly checked to ensure the best safety possible for our customers and their dog(s)

✔ DO contact us if you don’t receive our appointment reminder 2 hours before your appointment time, as this contains the padlock code to our main gate for entry. We will only tell you this code if you are a paying customer

✘ DO NOT give or tell anyone the padlock code for entry to our facility

✘ DO NOT let anyone else in during your appointment time. We ask this to ensure everyone entering the area are bona fide and booking customers

✘ If your dog has the ability to clear a 2 meter high fence, then our facility may not be the suitable place for you and your dog(s)

✔ DO keep all areas clean and tidy

✔ DO bring your own water. There is no running water on site

✔ DO contact us as soon as possible by calling 07786 255011 if anyone tries to enter the field/woodland area during your appointment time

✔ DO get in contact with any potential problems or hazards as soon as possible

✘ There are no toilet facilities available at Wagdale (for humans)

✘ DO NOT litter or leave any rubbish lying around on site. This can be very dangerous!

✘ DO NOT smoke or vape in the field, or woodland area.

✘ DO NOT use an barbecues or make any fires on site

✘ DO NOT climb (children + adults) on the fencing, gates, trees or any equipment

✘ DO NOT allow your dog(s) to jump at the fencing

✘ DO NOT allow your dog(s) to dig holes on the field. If they do, please fill in any holes to prevent accident or injury before you depart at the end of your time slot

✘ DO NOT throw sticks for your dog(s) in the vicinity of others as this can be very dangerous

✘ DO NOT leave any mess on site at the end of your session. Please take away any mess with you or dispose of using the bins provided

ANY POO MUST BE CLEARED UP AND DISPOSED OF USING THE BINS PROVIDED

✔ DO ensure you turn up on the right date and time

✔ DO let the people using our facility before you exit the car park safely and lock the gate behind them. This follows procedure here at Wagdale to ensure complete safety for all our customers and their dog(s)

✔ DO be courteous of other dog owners with anxious, reactive or recovering dogs

✔ DO close and lock the main gate behind you before releasing your dog(s) from your vehicle

✘ DO NOT enter the site before your allocated time slot

✘ DO NOT cause an obstruction on Wymondham Road or in front of the neighbouring field gate if you arrive early

✘ DO NOT open the main gate if there is someone else in the car park, exercise field or woodland area

✘ DO NOT distract other people's dogs

✘ DO NOT overstay your allocated time slot

✘ DO NOT arrive late to your allocated time slot, as you must still leave at the end of your time slot

✘ DO NOT allow more than 3 vehicle/families in the car park and exercise field at any one time, unless by prior arrangement with us

✔ DO ensure all precautions are taken to prevent any dog(s) from escaping, but in the rare event of an escaped dog, please call us on 07786 255011 and we will do our best to help where possible

✘ We DO NOT accept any responsibility or liability for escaped dogs

Dog Behaviour and Control:

✔ Owners must ensure that the dog(s) they bring to events at Wagdale are friendly, well-socialised, and easily controlled in a group environment

✔ All participants are expected to follow the instructions and guidelines provided by Wagdale staff during the event

✘ Any aggressive or disruptive behaviour by a dog may result in the owner and their dog being asked to leave the event

Liability:

While all reasonable measures are taken to ensure the safety and well-being of all dogs and participants at events, Wagdale and its staff shall NOT be held liable for any injury, harm, loss, or damage to dogs, participants, or property that may occur during the event.

Owners are solely responsible for the actions and behaviour of themselves and their dogs at all times

Photography and Advertising:

✔ By attending events at Wagdale, all dog owners and individuals agree that Wagdale and its representatives have the right to use any photographs taken during any event for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation or notice

✘ Owners retain no ownership or rights to photographs taken by Wagdale staff or other photographers on site

✔ DO ensure you vacate the site before your time slot has finished

✔ DO ensure your dog(s) is on a lead or secure in your vehicle while you’re locking the gate

✔ DO lock the gate using the padlock when leaving our site, even if you see someone else waiting for their appointment

✔ We accept most debit and credit cards

✔ Payments are collected using Square; our secure payment platform

✔ DO feel free to create an account on the booking confirmation screen for a faster checkout next time (not compulsory)

✔ DO feel free to safely store your debit or credit card information for an even faster checkout next time (not compulsory)

✘ We DO NOT accept responsibility for card details entered incorrectly

✔ We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings at any time if essential

✔ You can reschedule appointments or cancel and receive a refund up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time

✘ Refunds will not be issued if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice

Refunds have to be manually processed and can take up to 7 working days. If you do not receive your refund within 7 working days, please notify us by emailing paws@wagdale.co.uk
